Chiropractic
Standard chiropractic adjustments can reduce pain, realign your spine, and increase mobility. Both Dr. Ashley and Katie are Pregnancy and Pediatric specialists. We accept all major health insurances or out of pocket payment.
Stripping/deep tissue myofascial release
Muscle stripping is an active form of causing localized tissue damage via a metal instrument (think of a giant butter knife) to increase blood flow to the area. This helps to break up adhesions and relieve tension.
Cupping
Cupping is a more passive form of causing localized tissue damage via suction. Small cups are pressurized on the area of tension, promoting blood flow to help break up adhesions to decrease tension.
Substance testing
DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing are offered.
